Suitable for connection to all standard oxygen cylinders.
After this is connected to the oxygen cylinder, a continuous flow of oxygen is provided, e.g. via an oxygen mask or nasal cannula.
Depending on the use, there are different sizes of pressure reducers.
The oxygen cylinder is not included in the scope of delivery - please order the respective size individually! Since the oxygen cylinders are not a product that can be shipped by DHL, please contact us by phone or email if you need them!
The Mediselect 0.1 - 2 L/min is especially suitable for pediatric care, where a precise, usually small, dose of oxygen is to be administered. Too much oxygen in pediatrics can lead to blindness.
In contrast, when supplying cluster headache or migraine patients, the Mediselect 1-25 L/min is used because the patient requires a high flow above 10-15L/ min.
Attention: This pressure reducer has a G3/4 inch connection. Thus, it should fit all, in Germany, available bottles. Outside Germany, this may vary!
