The humidx is simply set between the hose system and your mask.

humidx corresponds to a humidifier setting of 2 at the resmed airsense 10. where humidx plus the humidifier setting of 5 corresponds to the resmed airsense 10. So you can always choose the desired humidification level for yourself.

Another advantage is that you can use the humidification on trips and can use in the aircraft, since the waterless system can not cause damage due to possibly leakage of the humidifier .
