There are 8 color-coded resistances available for the exercises. (1.5 mm, black, 2.0 mm, white, 2.5 mm, yellow, 3.0 mm, blue, 3.5 mm, green, 4.0 mm, orange, 5.0 mm, brown, 6.0 mm, purple)
With PMT, you increase diaphragm strength and endurance, and with PEP, the removal of secretion build-up is promoted.
